How often do you shift gears in life?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 21, 2009:
I don't shift gears in life that often, mainly because I don't like major changes in my life. I just made a major shift by moving back to Seattle after 5 years of being in Alaska. It's such a jolt to my system- getting reacclimated to this city again and a new address.
I think I could shift gears in life more easily if I had a home, or a safe haven I could come home to everyday. That's a really important part of my daily life.

Help

Hi. I've lived in seattle and now live in bellingham. I am in the process of shifting gears and am planning to move. Wherever I want to be is my home. It's been hard to make it a home here so I am heading for the mountainous places of colorado. One thing I've realized about change - It's going to happen anyways.
Change is good but it is also inevitable. It's bad to promote that change is going to happen because “duh” that is obvious. =)
Thanks, Ryon :-)
